You would have to prove INTENT, which would be next to impossible in court. NEXT!

He's literally promoting a supplement company, so yes, he's trying to get some fame.

"Proprietary blend"

"This product is produced in a facility which produces and stores other powders; contamination may occur."

For putting illegal substances in their product? Or in the case that it's a legal product, they can still sue for not advertising what's really in the supplement which is required by law. You can look up many cases where supplement companies have lost law suits for these very reasons.

sue them for what? shit get's in factories all the time.

My wife makes chocolate plants, every pen has to be 100% metal, so in case it falls into the production line the big ass magnet will pick it up. (better than having a plastic pen in your Babe Ruth)

Don't get me started on the FDA allowable percentages of "foreign matter", in parts per billion.

lol really he can't make a 45 minute youtube video in his off-time? Does he need to be at the gym 18 hours a day?

I used to run a supplement shop. Nothing is even FDA approved

I'm not an expert... but I've seen labelz saying thingz like... "we also supply peanuts in other products so may contain trace amounts."

I don't know the lawz on it though.

For real... If a supplement company can guarantee what's in their product... they might take over the market.

I feel like theres probably some sort of disclaimer on the jar or package that says there might be some other stuff in there.

Far too much trust in the FDA and other organizations here.

REPORT: 81 Consumer Supplements Contain Anabolic Steroids

http://www.stack.com/a/report-supplements-contain-steroids
If you've been taking a supplement to build muscle, lose fat or for any other purpose, you may want to put down the pill bottle and read this new report from Vox. Reporters there dug through a series of court filings, government databases and scientific research and found that more than 850 consumer supplements contained hidden ingredients, including illegal drugs, pharmaceuticals and "other synthetic chemicals that have never been tested on humans."
If you're wondering how legally sold, over-the-counter supplements can contain illegal drugs and other banned substances, the answer is simple: Under U.S. law, supplements can contain whatever their producers want. Manufacturers do not have to show that their products are safe or effective before they bring them to market. According to the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994, the burden is on the government to prove that an item is misleading or contains something unsafe.

Maybe you don't have to take this statement literally but I agree that you'd expect at least some more aftermath if there really was something behind that tainted supps stuff.
It's basically just 'oh my supplements must have been tainted' + silence for 12 months + return, at least in most cases.
