A streamer I watch was on yesterday and quit the stream after the video on YouTube they were reacting to kept pausing every thirty seconds lol. Another streamer’s stream was glitchy as well.

You might try an extension that lies and tells YouTube that you're on Chrome (if only for that single website). These are user agent spoofers.

Yes, they actually have deliberately made it so other browsers function more slowly on the website, such as loading up videos. It makes a difference.
