At the end of the day, it's up to Youtube. Nobody is having their rights infringed upon. Youtube makes the rules.

That said, I don't see how it benefits them in the long term, to censor user content on grounds of being "disagreeable" or "fake news". It's all just opinion, and there's not really any consistency to how they're running things. Many other channels are getting dinged for nothing, because the algorithm is less than perfect, and Youtube is getting a bit of rep for being PC police, and not all that cool anymore.

They're not too big to fail, and all this bullshit censorship could have some big consequences down the road.

Alternatives are in the offing. Social media need not be fair or free from bias. But if this if's not made clear from inception, it is a fraud. Twitter, YT and Google favor the left. That is their right. But to pretend otherwise is where they cheat users. The market for alternatives that don't screw right leaning conservative's, or in fact ANY users who think they are getting parity and fairness will be extremely lucrative. That demand will be met.
