I hate booze, the damage it's done to my family and my race is horrendous. People that drink rationalize it in a million ways. Some people can handle it just fine, havent known many of my folks who can handle it. It's just playing with fire in my mind.

I'm making an effort to not drink this year although I don't drink that much anyway. Will still drink on holiday or special occasion but trying not to otherwise.

Yeah, it's bad news. I stopped drinking years ago. Socially I'll have a few beers every year but that's about it.
