Here's another thread of semi-obscure UFC knowledge that some of you know, but many probably don't.

Let's start with Matt Hamill, the only guy to defeat Jon Jones. Even though he finished Jones in the first round, many people still thought Jones was the better fighter. So back in 2010, Hamill was anticipating a rematch with Jones—after Jones's elbow healed from their first fight. Hamill said, "I still have unfinished business with him, and I’m sure down the road it could happen. I have a feeling we’ll fight in Madison Square Garden" I predict that Jones wins the rematch and then it's ruled a no contest due to a doping violation.

Speaking of Matt Hamill, he once saved a little kid. He was driving in New York and saw a car driving on the wrong side of the highway and swerving. Everyone on the road was avoiding this car, but not Matt Hamill. He turned around and chased the car down. Eventually the car ran off the road, and Matt pulled up behind it. The car was still slowly driving, so Matt got out of his truck, went over to the car, and saw that there was a very drunk woman in the driver's seat (who was unresponsive by this time) and a very scared six-year-old girl in the back. So Matt punched out the car's window like it was Tito Ortiz's face and stopped the car. Police thanked him.

Now on to Gilbert Yvel.
Jon Jones has a reputation for being a dirty fighter, but I think it's safe to say the Gilbert Yvel wins the Dirtiest Fighter award. Yvel has no less than THREE disqualifications: one for "Biting," one for "Eye Gouging," and one for "KOed the Referee."

Giblert's lucky that Big John wasn't in the ring…

And the last one: This has to do with Matt Brown. You know, the guy who's scared of heights.

What most people don't know is that before he was a professional fighter, Matt Brown dieded. He overdosed on heroin and was clinically dead for a minute before being resuscitated. This incident led to his nickname "The Immortal."
