Since sandwiches have a ton of sodium depending on the type of lunchmeat you use. I'll go ahead and put them under junk food.

So i like going to the grocery store and buy a few different cuts of boars head brand. Some boars head brand cheese and some good bread. Get some kettle cooked chips and you're set for a lazy Saturday to watch movies, play games and eat sandwiches.

Those are my favorite chips. The Lays kind suck pretty bad though.

That brand isn't too bad for you if you can just eat 1 serving. Only 150 calories, low sodium, basically no sugar. 9-10 grams of fat though.
