Young Frankenstein--Classic Gene Wilder.
Shaun of The Dead--Best Zombie comedy ever.
Spinal Tap--Best mockumentary ever.
Monty Python and The Holy Grail--Top 5 comedy of all time.

I've only watched bits of Monty Python and it's a bit before my time. I should probably be kicked out of the UK for not voting for it though.

Kung Fu Hustle isn't a spoof. It's comedic, but Stephen Chow loves martial arts cinema and for as much fun as he has he also injects a lot of serious pathos into the film and his character's redemption arc. Kung Pow! Enter the Fist should be on the list in its place. That's my #1 spoof.
