Watch the video of him vs David Avellan, he goes out of bounds and still cranks his leg. Verrrry dirty.
And then they make them restart with the lock ALMOST in, holy shit that stuff was gnarly.

Avellan chose to restart in the heel hook position. Apparently he had never heard of Paul harris.

I think he mad more of a problem with Paul slapping/hugging him afterwards.

As it stands, the guy who should've been cut (Mike Pierce) keeps his job for making a big deal about Palhares holding the lock for maybe 1 sec too long. He complained so much that it overshadowed the EMBARRASSING 30 second loss.
