Among friends and family, they see you as the person to consult about what?

In my circle, it's anything musical, and layman's explanations of physics concepts.

What are your credentials?

Sorry, that's the extent of my wit. Lol

I'm the goto guy for all my family's printing needs. For a while, old people bothered me a lot with computer problems but I feigned ignorance enough that they bother other family members now.

broken electronics, or electronics in general i guess
animal stuff, tho i just mostly know about cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and rats i guess
idk what else rly. i think most of it revolves around -problem solving- bc i find that kinda thing enjoyable, working things out

lol this is the worst. once people find out you have any knowledge about computers you get bombarded with phone calls of people asking you about this and that. and half the time it's the most basic shit, and you've already explained it to them 50 times before.

yeah, i now act like an idiot and im always like, "idk, i don't use that/idk, never seen that before" lol xD i find life is a lot more peaceful when you act like you're really dumb tbh

Running dungeons and dragons.

Coaching people running dungeons and dragons.

Tech bullshit, computer help hooking electronics etc... with friends. With family it's usually odd jobs handyman work:mad:. I'm the only boy out 4 when it comes to my parents, so I'm the only one that snowblows, cuts their grass, paints, or does there little home improvement jobs.

I don't have any kids and My Dad has been in a wheelchair for the last few years, so he can't do a lot of that stuff any more. I don't mind going over to do it, but it can be a little irritating sometimes. I have an Aunt and Uncle that are in there 70's and never had kids that I usually do that kind of stuff for too.

I'm a carpenter and a musician so I can be the go to guy when it comes to loaning out tools and musical gear at times too.

Charity mostly. One of my resolutions was to stop helping my ungrateful family and focus that energy towards ones who need it and would appreciate it.

all things psychological and drugs --- now some God stuff too, but not as much. I'm a newbie.

Among my family and friends, I'm the guy to call for anything to do with trees. I was an arborist for several years so I always have people asking me for advice or help on what to do with some tree or trees on their property. So many people have wanted me to do jobs that I would quote for clients for over $1000 for them for a case of beer or a dinner or some shit. Even worse is an aunt of mine somehow thinks that me being an arborist means I'm some kind of gardening expert, so she would always want me to come over and help with her garden. I don't know shit about flowers and stuff like that. Most times she just wanted me to do the grunt work anyway, like turning over all her garden beds.

But with my friends, they look to me as some kind of guru for relationship advice. All the time they call me up to help them with their problems. And I have to admit, I give solid and practical advice every time. Seriously if everyone followed my advice they would all have happy lives and incredible relationships. But I don't know why they even come to me in the first place because I clearly don't follow my own advice. My personal life is a wreck and I've never really been too successful with long term relationships. So I don't get it, I always point that out when they ask me for advice but they keep coming back for more.

Basically the person they can count on for anything. Can call for help 24 hours.

I've helped a female friend at 3am. She called, went to a house party with a friend, the friend left with some dude and a guy there was being really creepy towards her. So I went and picked her up.

Other friend car broke down and I picked her up.

Friend got a dui so another friend and I picked up his car so it didn't towed. The Leo was nice enough to wait because we were 10 mins away.

Another friend similar situation to first story but it was a guy and he was just stranded at some people's house he didn't know.

I've helped quite a few move.

Modern firearm questions.

No bs blunt honest advice.
