These cars had a good power to weight ratio. Is there better performance for the money? Better reliability? Better brand cache? Better investments? Yes, gods yes, yup, definitely. Still, give me a Lotus Esprit S4S

£20,000 to buy £80,000 for up keep and fuel.
Way over 100k, man.
Way over 100k, man.
This is worth a watch if you have not seen it yet.
Porsche 718 Cayman
Or a Lexus LS500

that is bad ass. German and Japanese together, I love it. It’s like the new Supra. Japanese style with German engineering. I don’t understand the hate it gets.
Probably a Porshe Cayman GTS, I’m a track car kinda guy , love the twisties.
Good luck seeing out of it if you are 5'10 or above.
I had my heart set on it and then sat in it, set the seat as low as possible and still couldn't sit out of the side windows or rear.
...all's well that ends well though.
It would make a great movie, that’s for sure. Michael Fassbender or Daniel Bruhl to play Gemballa would be cool. That video is crazy. How much money did they lose investing with that dude to kill him with a car that had hides guns in the bumper. And the other guy was on some James Bond shit, they tried to kill him too. Everyone was shady. Reminds of the drug dealers that ran the speed boat races.
I honestly never been a fan of any Supra. The skyline is more my style. The Supra is like a viper to me, great drag car but nothing else.
I'd buy a decked out Tacoma. I don't need a big pickup, but I need 4wd. Small pickup choices are either the Maverick or Tacoma, I don't like the Colorado. The Toyota is the obvious choice.
People aren't thinking about repair costs. If the Toyota breaks down in 5 years, I can afford to fix it. If I don't have the $100k now to buy a 7 series, you're not going to have the money in 5 years to fix it. Also, distance to dealer is another thing to consider. If my Toyota breaks down, odds are the closest city is going to have a dealer. Not every city has a BMW dealer, my closest dealer is 350+ miles away.
If I'm going to not think about repair future repair costs and this car being a toy for the weekends, I'd go with a low optioned 718 Cayman. @GhostZ06
