You ever get annoyed at the UFC suits trying to chase down fighters in the octagon post fight?

Like RIGHT after winning during the celebration?

Take last night for instance. Michael Bisping, a HUGE underdog and long time veteran of the UFC literally living his dream and snagging the MW title, after defeating both Anderson Silva and Luke Rockhold. Like god damn, could you imagine what that feels like?

Of course he is happy and wants to celebrate in the first few minutes and see his family, friends etc. and just cheer. But, like always, theres a UFC suit trying to CHASE him down grabbing his arm and shit trying to direct him to do whatever it is he wants him to do - the whole time looking like damn fat robot frustrated that this HUMAN is experiencing emotions and celebrating.

For fuck sakes, let the man celebrate for a minute or two. This is not the first time this has happened.. in fact it's almost every time somebody wins the title. The crowd is going nuts, the fighter is experiencing absolute emotional ecstasy unlike anything they have had in their lives, and the mood is quite disorderly. Give it a chance to COOL down, THEN direct the fighter to the center of the octagon or whatever.

IDK. To me it just seems disrespectful and annoying to watch as somebody is living their dreams only to have this UFC suit trying to tell them "No. stop it. Come here. Get over here" with a disgruntled look on their face. WTF is this shit?

Do you guys know what I am talking about? Aggree/Disagree? Not sure why it bothered me so much this time but this is definitely not the first time I've noticed this.

Nah it doesn't bother me. Weird that they wear suits though. They ain't doing business up in there.

Are they UFC guys, or the commission members? I know Joe Silva is usually in there pretty quickly but he just hugs and high fives them. And a doctor is usually in there right away for that quick 10 second check.

Meh, there are a LOT more annoying things they do than that.

IDK why. They just annoy me. That fat guy chasing down Bisping last night totally ruined the moment for me.

I agree TS and find it annoying. Like sometimes after a guy is finished and is getting up the fighter that won walks over to shake the losers hand and the guys in suits just put their hands on them and direct them away.

It's like let them celebrate and shake hands if they want. All you're doing is being annoying

Not really. The one that comes to mind is Joe Silva but is always a hand shake and a "good job". It doesn't last 3 seconds.

They annoy the piss out of me, too. Just standing there staring at the fighters and being all pushy. Especially when they have women doing it.

pretty sure its a doctor. they basically go up to them and ask if they have any injuries and then leave them alone.

but yes, they could wait instead of chasing them around

Agreed, somewhat.

It's kind of strange seeing it.

I hate when a fighter is pulled off of the cage while celebrating.

Whenever something like that starts to gets to me I just stop and think that we're living in 2016 and there's still motherfuckers that put toilet roll paper on the toilet roll holder back to front.

Bigger problems in the world mate.
