I haven't come across any educational how to videos on yogurt in the pussy. I only read about it.
Live cultures of yogurt can be used for thrush infections......

Tried to find L. reuteri in baby food section, unrefrigerated, and couldn't see specific strains listed in ingredients and I would have assumed it would be refrigerated like normal yogurt live cultures. Apparently there's a variety of "yogurt" chews unrefrigerated in baby food aisle.
Will check out normal yogurt aisle later.
Yakult likely was sold out today.
I think the evidence is mounting.......
I prefer semen. It has more or less the same consistency, so I figure it has more or less the same benefits.

Thanks for the info. I found a website article for Lifeway Kefir and not sure if they subsequently started listing the L. reuteri because it said the label doesn't list it, but it said a bunch of people wanted to know for sure if it contained L. reuteri and had it independently tested and the results were some batches had it and some didn't and something about the process that doesn't guarantee it's in it. I'm sure if they made a point to have it, it would be in there. No idea how much of the kefir to drink each day.Lifeway brand kefir has it.
Also look for this one locally. Most yogurts dont list what strains they have in it. Also I have read that the stuff you can buy isnt as good as naming your own because of the time it was allowed to ferment. The stuff you make and ferment over 36 hours has much more good bacteria in it where the store bought stuff has some but wasnt given enough fermentation time.
Thw store bought stuff is a good place to start. Im there now

The flavor that started it all. If you want a whole food potent synbiotic (probiotics + prebiotics) then this flavor is for you. With zero added sugar, the naturally occurring sugar from coconut is almost all eaten by the probiotics during fermentation. What remains is an incredibly cleansing...thecoconutcult.com
Much of the world doesn't have refrigeration. Therefore, yogurt is a major source of protein
NoAre you saying that Yoghurt is only fit for third world monsters?
The Cold War has ended. Third World is not a term used anymore. No, third world monsters can't eat it???
I'm not sure what you've got against yogurt????
Sorry I'm not that politically correct.......let's say shit hole.....The Cold War has ended. Third World is not a term used anymore.
Those in the developing world (or the global south) can certainly consume yogurt, everyone can.
I don't understand the hate Bill Belichick is getting right now.
My understanding was that he was hired, not to win bowl games, but to produce players who are ready for the NFL.
Who cares if he has a losing record, as long as a dozen players each year are drafted
You ate the pickled onion or you rubbed it on the itch to make it go away? The doc on the right sounds like a smoothtalking Ginsu Knife salesman. I need to try to find yogurt that has L. reuteri. I'd probably give myself food poisoning if I tried to make it myself. I read BioGaia and Gerber Soothe has L. reuteri, but don't recall seeing those in stores. I read not everyone has this gut bacteria and it survives stomach acid, but doesn't last so needs to be replenished.
I already sometimes drink Yakult.
I once had a very itchy spot in one part but not the other part. It drove me nuts with the itching. Nurse practitioner suggested it was yeast infection, so tried whatever I could find to fight yeast like Lotrimin Ultra, tea tree oil, sunlight, red light and nothing really worked, neither did daily yogurt except never put the yogurt on the itch where I read some girls put the yogurt in the pussy. Just by chance I was eating this plate lunch often that had pickled onions almost like Korean or Japanese style. I think I read onions had some anti-bacterial effect. After a while the itch went away like a miracle, but the discoloration remains. I assume the cure was the pickled onions. When I mentioned it to dermatologist, his reaction was like you're looney tunes if you want to believe that. I guess he doesn't believe in gut bacteria like I kept seeing articles talk about good bacteria crowding out and defending against bad bacteria.
I just want to know if Putin gave Robert Kraft his ring back.Sorry I'm not that politically correct.......let's say shit hole.....
What do you think of super bowl rings and the recovery rate from body cavities?
I just want to know if Putin gave Robert Kraft his ring back.
Also, with Kraft's kid win the Boston mayor's election?
As for body cavities, I had my first colonoscopy last year. I've decided it will be my last
Ate. The serving size per plate lunch was maybe like half an onion and strong pickled taste. Maybe few times per week every week I ate that. I try not to waste food, so ate the onions. I think I later read onions have some sort of antibacterial properties. You ate the pickled onion or you rubbed it on the itch to make it go away?
Third world still gets used a lot as a term though. The Cold War has ended. Third World is not a term used anymore.
