He wasn't aggressively trying to finish Whittaker. He was just trying to time counters and takedowns

Been talked on by the ref, by Joe, by Kennedy himself that stoolgate was none of Yoel's fault. Watergate is fake double standards. Not only he was wiped off clearly on camera just second after, many fighters douse in water also. He missed weight only once and it was only for 2lbs. He want to crucify Yoel to satisfy your unreasonable hatred.

Tbh I think going full on agressive might be his only way to win. Because the longer the fight lasts, the better the chances are for Whittaker to take the win.

But I just think Whittaker is too fast and his standup is excellent too. I think he wins the rematch. But who knows, we can never count Romero out. 1 clean shot can change everything. No one can ever underestimate someone like Romero.

With improve cardio Romero can finish Bobby Knuckles, my money is on Romero but whoever wins is ok with me.
 
It's probably his best bet. If it goes to a decision he'd likely lose another close one, his style has too low output to be reliable enough when going to the scorecards.

Romero is awesome.

But I was amazed with Whittaker's reflexes and take down defence.

Whittaker is markedly younger, and the videos of his preparation are impressive. Just got a feeling it's his time.

41 year old fighters don't beat the young quality champion.

Whittaker has more ways to win. He can outpoint Romero over 5 rounds and take the decision, or he can knock Romero out. I can only see Romero winning via knockout.
On the other hand I don't see Yoel gassing himself by wrestling Whittaker.

Based the Reapers interviews, he is prepared for the Yoel that fought Luke. He knows that while Yoel is in recovery mode, that he can't sit back like Luke did.

I'd say 75/25 the Reaper takes it.
