Yoel Romero eyeing move to 205-pounds; targeting title fight with Daniel Cormier

For sure miss weight two times, lose, then move up in weight and get an immediate title shot.
 
Yoel Romero Is stylistically a more dangerous challenge to DC than almost anyone else he could fight atm I feel.
 
I'd like to see that fight. Would favor DC but you never know with Romero's crazy athleticism.

I see Lesnar being a very easy win for him. Would expect that fight to look very much like Brock Cain.

Yoel romero though, honestly.. who knows. He has the far superior wrestling and his striking is dangerous
 
Cormier... nope. He wants Brock and Shogun before the retirement... Yoel better call out Gus instead.
 
DC isn't taking on Young Guns or Low Draws, only Money Fights or Legends.
 
If daniel defends his 205 title it will be against Gustafsson, if he wins against Volkan of course. If DC gives his title up then Gustafsson vs Romero for the vacant title. Rockhold could possibly fight for the vacant title too.
 
DC would gas Yoel out pretty quickly but with Romero's wrestling pedigree it could be interesting -- plus I've seen enough evidence to suggest 3rd round Yoel is a legitimate thing.

The grappling/wrestling aspect would be interesting. This fight never happens though, dc has no motivation to fight at 205 ever again
