Remember when most of you were saying he was ducking Jeremy Stephens

This. I thought he was terrified of Jeremy, thought the eye poke was some
gamesmanship to avoid a real fight, like a lot of other people on here. Also thought he wouldn’t fight him again. But then he takes the rematch and takes the fight to him, beats him up, taunts him through out? Certainly didn’t fight scared. It doesn’t make sense to say he’s ducking zabit when a win over him would be huge for his place in the rankings + zabit doesn’t have the power Stephens does. What reason does he have to be scared?

I don't think Yair is running from anybody. However, I do remember Yair accusing Stephens of faking an eye injury to get out of a fight when it turned out Stephens had a corneal abrasion.

So man up Yair and fight like injured like you felt Stephens should. It isn't surprising people doubt him when he doubted Stephens who is an OG bad ass (certainly not the best fighter).

I didn't say he doesn't act like a bitch sometimes or diva-ish. He certainly does and it hurts his image for sure.

But he is a gifted upper elite talent FOR CERTAIN. He wants the strap at some point in his career. He knows Zabit is up there with him and will likely meet with him one day.
He has absolutely no reason to fear this guy at all. He's faced way scarier opponents in the past.
