It is a thing where a lot of Colbys wins are of fighters "past their prime" or former title holders but that's not his fault. The Warley Alves one was unique circumstances. Colby is clearly the #2 WW based off the competitiveness of his fight with Usman. He was also the first one to finish Woodley in UFC IIRC

Omalley is a well planned hypejob. Extremely ripe (still), very frail, well picked opponents. He's got a big following and he's exciting yes, but the second he meets worthy opposition (Cheeto) he gets dusted. He almost lost to Soukamtah FFS
