Well, ive been watching alot of spike tv an i see this commercial alot.

Wondering if any of you have tried it, and is it worth it.? Im getting ready to get on creatine or this. Just would like some input.

I haven't tried them but I can tell ya- they are overpriced. Spike tv is pushing them pretty hard when they air UFC programs.

 

Tried it. makes you look a little more vascular and defined. But in a odd sequence didn't make me stronger or bigger. If youv'e never been on creatine before you will probably have better results than me. Give it a shot. 40 bux at bodybuilding.com and free shipping.
