Well, ive been watching alot of spike tv an i see this commercial alot.

Wondering if any of you have tried it, and is it worth it.? Im getting ready to get on creatine or this. Just would like some input.

I haven't tried them but I can tell ya- they are overpriced. Spike tv is pushing them pretty hard when they air UFC programs.

Yea I was looking at the site last week and could not believe how much they were charging for stuff
