Xbox Series S revealed. S/$300, X/$500 out Nov 10

MANNNN!

I had the dog walked and coffee made. I had Amazon and Microsoft sites open and waited until 10:59 and hit refresh..

Amazon had NO "add to cart." All I got was a webpage showing me the specs of the xboxsx. :mad:

I refreshed it like mad, but to no avail.. My brother texted me and told me to hit Microsoft. I refreshed it and it had....

Add to cart. HNNNNNNNGGGGGHHH!

I added it to cart and the page was in the LONGEST refresh... I hit refresh several times and after 3 - 4 "there's a problem on our end" message bubbles at the top. It went through! Got my confirmation email and it should be here Nov. 10th.

WHEW! My brother checked online later and said the only store that had any left was Best Buy

*scratch Best Buy, it now has "coming soon" where the buy tab goes* :(

I'll pick one up when they have some exclusives maybe two or three years down the road. Right now PS5 had the better launch titles. Already bought Miles Morales and Demon's Souls. Thinking of adding one more but I better not go too crazy since I most likely won't have time for all of them and prices will drop by the time I finish both

Whoever approved these xbox names these should be shot. Its confusing.
 
My buddy somehow picked up 3 but I had one in my Microsoft account in cart that wouldn’t work. One I a target cart that wouldn’t work. Shit was so annoying. Best Buy had one in cart but when I opened the cart it was gone. These sites are shit at this.

Also you’re an idiot if you bought a one x thinking it was the series x. The series x is much bigger and looks nothing really like the other ones.

It’s a pretty terrible naming convention and is already causing confusion among consumers.

What’s there to argue?

Saying this could be a major issue means I'm worrying now? Xbox is one of the biggest gaming companies in the industry. Your shocked that a gamer would be interested in this consoles and the moves the company is making? When I had my 360 I would constantly check up on PS3 and how it was doing as well. It's part of what lead me to moving over to PS4.

The name is stupid, should have been Series R or anything but X.. Acting like this is going to cause less sales or people to now buy a PS5 instead is just being a drama queen. "A major issue.." <Eek2.0>

Have you sent Sony a pic of your ear yet?
