for a cheat day it really doesnt seem too bad. i usually go an extra 1000 calories on my cheat day. other than the baked cheetos and the soup i think it seemed decent. it doesnt look like 327 grams of carbs but it seemed like more of an off day vs a cheat day

That is the marinade I put on the chicken breasts. It added a litle bit of flavor, but not as much as I expected.

I agree. It was more an off day than a cheat day. The Scotish Oatmeal and Blueberry mixture was almost 150g of carbs right there. I hadn't cooked with scottish oatmeal since college, and I forgot how much it swelled up when cooked. I'd probably cook just a 1/4 cup next time.

The ham was 400 cal., the provolone was 400 cal., the cottage cheese was 550 cal., and the 1.5 protein bars added up to 612 calories. I had just made the protein bars for the first time so I splurged on them. I've since cut them into smaller pieces so they aren't as calorie packed.

No, I haven't been weighing myself. I feel a ton better, and some of the shirts I had that were too snug are starting to feel more comfortable. Progress is being made!!!!!

6:00pm - I went out to eat at Outback with my family. I did my best to keep the calories under control. I had a half order of the ahi tuna appetizer. For the main course I had the Filet Wedge salad. Basically a salad with filet mignon slices on top of it. It came with a blue cheese dressing already on top of it which was unexpected. I expected it to come in a little dish on the side. My mother gave me a couple shrimp and my dad gave me a quarter of his steak. All and all a good meal.

**Today wasn't a great day in my diet. I ate way too much cheese so I'm going to make an effort to take a break from cheese. I planned on drinking a protein shake before I went to bed, but I never got around to it. I also had no idea french onion soup had so many calories. Fitday said each cup had 379 calories in it. All that was in it was beef broth and sauteed onions.
