WTF! Nick Diaz gets 5 years and Jones may just get 2 years suspension?

I know Nick's was reduced to 18 months, but there is a shit load difference. Diaz is a repeat marijuana user offender, but Jones is a freaking criminal who is a repeat offender using drugs like cocaine who has been given tons of chances. They should take that into consideration and fine him like $500,000.00 and suspend him until 2020.
I am sure they are not revealing the illegal substances he used because it is now a violation of his probation and a serious legal matter and the less they say the better it is for them before they appear in court for it

Different governing bodies with different policies and different circumstances
 
Funny thing is Jones actually used recreational drugs too. Not to mention the legal trouble. Still, 18 months is too long. Nick will probably never be the same.

Explain to me how jones is a repeat offender in the same vain as Nick Diaz. I'm not trying to argue, but back this up. I want to be informed without having to do research. Yes I'm lazy
 
Because most people on the panel have been.involved with sports at one stage in their career... Athletes hate stoners and understand a need to maximise your physical potential...

It's that simple.

Jones is a first time offender first of all. He has never failed a legally issued drug test for USADA or any other sanctioning body. Fighters aren't allowed to be tested for street drugs when out of competition and those results are certainly to allowed to be made public... that whole thing was a mess, not on Jones part. So he is a first time offender, we still don't know what PED he tested positive for or the source of that PED. Do I think any of Nick Diaz's suspensions were legit? No, because he was never high when he stepped in the cage, so all of his fines should be paid back to him and he should be compensated for lost wages. That being said, Jon should either be suspended for two years, if it was his fault and 6 months if he can prove it was the fault of a USADA approved supplement company.

Diaz was a repeat offender who pissed off the NAC.

Jones is a first time offender. Criminal? No. Dumbass? Yes.

Two year suspension is fair. Anything more is bias.
 
Marijuanas and other PED's is dangerous, the government are protecting us from them, like they do with alcohol and cigarettes





No one wants Nick Diaz getting lazy by smoking the marijuanas

The NSAC is looking out for him and his opponents.

Clear example of someone that just wants to play stupid just to support whatever point they want to make. It's kind of ridiculous. You are totally aware that the 5 year sentence was complete bullshit and should never have happened, which is why it was reduced to 18 months. They clearly admit to fucking up. So comparing a ruling then to a ruling now is fucking dumb as shit.
 
So when is the 18 months up? Please tell me its been at least a year
 
Diaz kept testing for the same thing meaning he did not learn from previous offenses. Neither did Jones, but getting caught for different things makes it more complicated.

Nicks issues were with the NSAC not under USADA.

Even if they were both dealing with the same sanctioning body, the problem wouldn't be that one substance is worse than the other, it's multiple infractions vs. a first time violation.
