Definitely possible. The only thing is Chandler still has KO power (similar to old versions of Hendo and Yoel). And he showed he can still win a round by wrestling against Poirier (don't know if he has the cardio to do that for 3 rounds, though). He might beat another old fighter or mid-level guy...but doubtful he's beating younger Top 10 guys.
 
Going to try to make some bold picks.

1.) Jack Jenkins.

Hard to rate a Decision over Don Shainis. I don't think he beat Emmers. That was an awful Decision IMO. He looked good in Rd 1 against Mariscal, but Chepe decided to test the clinch against him in Rd 2 and Jack had noooooo answers whatsoever for him until finally getting tossed to the ground and snapping his arm. Now he'll be coming back after a long injury lay-off with potential ring rust and having already shown his ceiling in a tough division... I think maybe he isn't as good as advertized.

2.) Luana Pinheiro. She was getting out-hustled by Randa Markos who was on a massive skid at the time and only got saved by a DQ where many accuse her of taking the easy way out. Not a good look. Then she got the win in a competitive Decision over the ever-inconsistent Sam Hughes before being gifted a Decision over the spiraling past-prime Waterson. So we now have a ranked fighter who arguably lucked out against two skidding veterans and managed a low-level Decision win in between. She's booked to fight Ribas, who I expect -- aside from any crazy chin issues plaguing her again -- to soundly beat her. After that I think she is going to get preyed upon by girls like Karolina, Hill, Amorim, Lucindo, etc. until finally being released.
 
My hot take: Aleksandr Rakic. Been out almost 18 months with no fight scheduled. Injury must have been horrible.

My more obvious choices: Dom Reyes, RDA, Wonderboy, Usman.

I agree, I just don't know what old guys are left. He's already lost to Justin and Dustin. They're not putting him in there with Tony again.

He's making a lot to fight, so I don't think they'll give him some jobber. He's going to be in there with top guys. He's already a 60/40 fighter in the UFC and he's getting old now. Fiziev, Gamrot, Dariush, Arman... those are tough fights for an old guy.
