i went to chelsea high school and did not have a chance to join a team because my school was a handball only

Talking high school or like a club? Cause most clubs are gonna be for people with some real wrestling experience. Everywhere around the 5 boroughs has good high school wrestling though.

i graduated and my school didnt have wrestling but i would like the benifits of wrestling.
is there any club or dojo for wrestling that will let someone with no exp?
