Do you have anything that isn't an opinion piece?

As if that's a defense of your claim that no one is talking about gun confiscation.

Have you seen any legislation proposed on the national level?
Oh, that's the criteria now?

Democrats, unfortunately aren't dumb enough to make a gun control push right now. They want to win the House and Senate in November.

But, they're running under the guise of implementing gun control if they win in November, and the Presidency in 2020.

What about debate on the national level?

Oh, suddenly opinion pieces in national publication is exempt from being considered 'national level.'

No he actually loosened gun ownership for all Germans

Keep failing , this is fun
The German gun control Act of 1938 explicitly banned any Jewish person from engaging in any commerce in firearms or owning firearms.

The 1938 Regulations Against Jews' Possession of Weapons, which came into force the day after Kristallnacht,[10][11]effectively deprived all Jews living under the Third Reich within the occupied Sudetenland and Austria of the right to possess any form of weapons, including truncheons, knives, firearms and ammunition.[12] Before that, some police forces used the pre-existing "trustworthiness" clause to disarm Jews on the basis that "the Jewish population 'cannot be regarded as trustworthy'".[8]

Do you have information on the treatment of the Jews prior to 1938 in Germany?

Any information as to why more than half the population of Jews fled the country prior to 1938?

So.. basically.. some people have opinions you disagree with so we can't talk about gun control in any way, shape, or form?

When I say national level, I mean actually in Congress.

Has any gun legislation come up for debate in Congress?

Well, the second one is an actual bill that was proposed two months ago.

In Georgia.

The states have the right to self regulate.

It's not national legislation.

It's long overdue in Georgia. Their guns turn up in crimes all over the country.

But you didn't say national legislation, you just said no one is talking about confiscation.. which they are most definitely talking about doing.

So... you agree with them?

Then no, because I know that's your ultimate goal.

Gun laws are 100% fine as they are, and we have areas of the country with strict gun laws upon law-abiding citizens so we know their results on reducing crime.

When I say national level, I mean actually in Congress.

I credit you the knowledge of being aware the last time that was, was in 1994. Whatever positive effect it had with gun crime could easily be attributed to the 3-decades long progessive lowering of the national gun crime rate.

And you also know Democrats had the Presidency, super majorities in the House and Senate, and the total amount of gun laws being brought up to a vote - ZERO.

Not even re-implimenting the Assault Rifle ban.

So, Rational, all this shit about Republicans and the NRA being to blame for all mass shootings since Sandy Hook... do you honestly believe its about passing gun control laws, or electing Democrats under the guise of passing gun control laws?
