In Big fights like that a lot of the penalties are enforced as coincidental penalties. Both guys go to the box, but the teams still play 5 on 5. In this case, the one extra guy probably started it so got the extra penalty. Maybe it was a double minor or a major, so longer than two minutes.

After the first whistle after two minutes on the coincidental penalties, they all get to come out. But the one guy who didn’t just get a coincidental must have had to serve more than 2 minutes for the initial call.

ah. If the coincidentals were 5 minutes for fighting, both guys go to the box for 5 minutes (or 4 guys or 6 guys or all 10 on the ice for a line brawl). But there can be additional 2 minute minor assessed for instigating the fight or roughing or slashing that occurred. Then that one guy will have to serve 7 minutes. His team will be on the penalty kill for 2 minutes.

Yeah I've tried to point this out before on multiple occasions but doxxing was a lot more common than people realize. And sometimes people thought doxxing was justified.

Back in the day (but after they started to clamp down on doxxing) there was a guy posting in the Plats that was catfishing as a cancer survivor and 2 posters worked together to dox him. They both got dubbs but many people thought they were in the right to expose the catfish.

And I don't think I need to explain the Nostromo/Wolveswithkeys saga again, but another story where most people thought the doxxers were in the right.

The only time I feel it is when there's an exchange in the Lounge, and I can't see one side. Or when you see like a short response that makes no sense without being able to see what it's a response to.

I don’t think I have any lounge posters on ignore. I just ignore the posters who almost exclusively post things that are only intended for fellow racists or misogynists to masturbate over.

see my edit above. If they were 5 minute major coincidentals, but one guy stated it with a slash, he could get an extra 2 minutes. And maybe a whistle blew to let the coincidentals out at 6 minutes.
