Haha this gave me a laugh. As achronological as it seems I do kind of wish more non-fiction popularizers could write with as much distinction in their voice. The Dawkins/Pinker types certainly get points across clearly, but they aren't the Gould's or Luria's (kind of stretching for an eloquent psychologist here - maybe Sacks?) of the past.

Someone mentioned earlier who the "higher ups" are for Sherdog and how they're too busy to have accounts or engage with posters, but things end up "on their desk."

I think that provides a pretty funny image. Of a bunch of suit-wearing professional types who randomly have to weigh in on message board stuff.

Lot's of speculation and attempts to lay blame but no real info has been made available AFAIK.

But there are certain facts we do know.

He had been back for 9 months without any infractions I noticed.

Most of the mods like RR, the admins that post, that don't like RR probably knew before Yesterday that he was back.

And that's all we have to go on.

As much as I love my boy Fawlty his banning was rather obvious.... he no longer got along with any of the staff (that I know of) and kept antagonizing the Admins...... once you're in the boat you need to dot your Is and cross you Ts because nobody gets along with all of the mods and now nobody in the booth gives a shit if you get banned.

Also as much Fawlty and RR seemed to despise each other it is kind of funny that they ended up having a lot of the same enemies (including admins lol).... the best posting times imo was when they would come to some sort of truth and combine there powers to take down a common foe.
