On a philosophical level I'm definitely liberal. About the only point I disagree with that comes up in definitions of the term is "internationalism". Not because of the cooperation aspects, but because, and you'll like this ( ) people think it as an open borders policy.

Looking at it from the left/right perspective, my answer is depends.

So the answer, I suppose is how you define yourself in the political discussion. According to ideas? Or according to team sports? Personally my answer is I see conservatives as stuck in the mud, fearful and unwilling to change. As change is about the only constant in life, I find those values without value. That doesn't make them terrible people, just makes their ideas unfathomable to me.

Maybe the death penalty would be my issue but even then I don't support it but not out of a morality but rather because lots of innocent people can be put to death because of how fucked our justice system is.

I used to be a big supporter. Then started realizing that i dont want the state having the power to kill its citizens. It is definitely not a power i believe the state should have. Their are people that have done crimes that have caused me to wish death upon them, just not from the state.
