Which superpower would you choose?

I can’t choose so many possibilities. My son chose time travel for me. That was a one of them so I’ll go with it.

The best ones are Flying, strength, speed, TT

Mind control and invisibility are for weirdos

Teleportation sounds fun but limited

Elemental control might be cool, could you control wind and be able to fly as well ?

I think speed is underrated, not cool for a comic but in reality. ....Think of even just grappling, reaction time to utilize leverage correctly can make up for a ton of strength. Move so fast you are invisible, plus yea you fast fast.

This should be getting more attention. If you have Wolverine's healing power you can smoke what you want and not get cancer. Drink and eat your face off and not get fat. Never get a hangover. You can engage in risky behavior like fighting or rock climbing and have no worries about permanent injuries. I'd certainly never get tired of this, the way I might get tired with mind reading or time travel.

As for the poll, I took Super Strength. So much more you can do with it. Being the toughest person in the room, no matter where you go, would be such a nice peace of mind, for starters. But there's more practical uses too. I could put an addition onto my house all by myself. Pull my engine out without needing a chain fall. Move furniture around by myself. I wouldn't be out robbing banks or anything and getting into pro fighting would give me the guilts. I'd just enjoy a life of quiet and humble Super Strength.

The power of delusion would work just as well for this, and the odds would be extremely high that you'd never actually have to test it.

Like, if your power was to alter other people's view of you? Sounds good, but that's another power that turns negative the longer you have it. If you actually had super strength, you wouldn't have to live that lie. I'd still take the Super Strength.
 
Time travel and it's not even close.

My first stop: the Caribbean in 1492. I'd bring a fuckton of machine guns and ammunition be like, "Guys, you're gonna wanna hang on to these... TRUST ME"

No, like if your power was to believe whatever you want. You could just tell yourself you're the toughest guy in the room in every room, and the odds are that it would never actually be tested so there would be no practical difference.

Plus, if you're minimally intelligent, that power could make you millions as a right-wing commentator.
 
Jean Grey has a great power set. Telepathic abilities and telekinesis.

Imagine being able to control peoples thoughts. You could shape the entire world to be a better place

My thing with super strength is that it doesn't say whether or not you get superhuman fine motor control. Will I spend a couple of years pulling the door off my car? Imagine a shit hitting the toilet water at Mach 2. I need clarification before I can commit to that.

Super healing in real life = getting jacked. Lift, super heal, lift, repeat. Do 10 cycles a day,
