Why does everyone think time traveling automatically lets you stop evil people? I’m existing in this time with plenty of evil people and I wasn’t able to stop them lol.

I would just use it to make my life better. 5 day window max on it, if i get to specify the limit of my power.

When I first started dating my now wife, she was used to sleeping in complete quiet. All I could hear was the second hand on the wall clock downstairs. Downstairs. Luckily, she didn't object to me being a baby about needing a fan. Could've been a dealbreaker if she wasn't cool with it, though.

Being able to escape before there are any consequences, maybe?

Point taken. But don’t forget that Superman, with all his super strength and bulletproofiness, was only able to bang Lois after he flew her around the city. Also Aladdin hooked Jasmine with his carpet. Flying is the sexiest super power, is all I’m saying.

Barry White of super powers for sure.

Not sure about that list, but I'm assuming it comes down to the particulars of the comics (can't say I've read any).
I mean the ability to change state (solid, liquid, gas) sounds pretty significant, and it was ranked as third crappiest. Whereas the ability to animate your tattoos was rated as an honourable mention.
Door man (number 1) does sound craptacular though.

LOL you are taking about the wonder twins from the super friends lol. The sister could turn into any animal and the brother could turn into water vapor, ice, or water. She would “form of a giant ape” and he would “form of a bucket of water”. She would then throw the water on the ground and the bad guys would slip. Lamest hero ever.

I presume you could evade detection via technology, and avoid capture due to super maneuverability--it's the Stealth Falcon, bitches.

what like a tinfoil suit?

Its not a bad power just because comic book authors who write for children couldn't find an interesting way to take advantage of it. Think of the espionage or diplomatic potential of someone who could speak any human language. Since that's not the kind of thing kids read X-Men for its no surprise the character was a dud.

Just seems like it would be really useful for career opportunities, for connecting with people, for consuming art and media and so on.

I once saw a show where the premise was that the main character was born with a bunch of stupidly broken super powers and this was framed as being a burden and he put a bunch of effort into not being noticed by not exploiting the powers and just trying to be as average as possible. One episode he mentions that due to his telepathy every time he wakes up its like being in the middle of a crowded cafeteria since he can hear everyone's thoughts within 200 meters, that sounds like it sucks. A lot of the humor came from the dramatic irony resulting form the fact that the main character could read everyone's minds.

Well I guess it beats turning into a bucket of water or creating doors between rooms, but it’s still not a very SUPER, super power so I wouldn’t expect it to be a hit with super power fans of any age. It would be useful I’m sure though.

Was feeling a bit patriotic today so I threw on some music and came across this gem. Nobody sang this better than Ray. There IS no other version of this song.

When I see you had Fighting Lion equipped:
<Goldie11>

The GOAT rendition of the national anthem IMO.

Ray performed during that series too.

Also can't go without mentioning...

Ah, never saw that.
They say the cartoon was shown in Australia, so it must have been when I was overseas.
That or it was on another channel at the same time as better cartoons like Robotech, G-Force/Battle of the Planets, Ulysses 31, The Mysterious Cities of Gold, Astroboy, Robo Story or Spartakus and the Sun Beneath the Sea.

It was mostly a 70s show with reruns in the 80s and I think some Australian only content in the 80s as well.

Yeah, I was living in Malaysia then and for the most part didn't have a TV. Although I do think there were English adaptations of Marine Boy, Astro boy, Kimba the White Lion, Speed Racer and G-Force/Battle of the Planets shown in Malaysia. Subtitled Ultraman as well.
