No I was very protective of my Joe's and really only liked to play with them in doors

I crested mad bases jungles and assorted battled fields all across the house.

I've always been kinda obsessive and a lost weapon was a major ordeal

Losing a weapon is traumatic. Kids took great pride in their toys years ago

This was one of my favorite ships.

and any toy that you could bring in the bath tub was also awesome.

do kids still put their toys in the bath tub or was that an 80s thing?
I had that speed boat but I remember it being a darker and deeper red. Dropping depth charges was my shit

I used to make mixed teams and take my favorite thunder cats and favorite ninja Turtles and favorite Gi Joes and maybe a transformer or two would be on a team and then the bad guys would all be mixed too.

The fun was setting up tour base or battlefield. Once you got everything set up the battle was never as fun as setting everything up. That’s where the creativity came into play.

@Jack V Savage lol how does this happen?!

I know of a case where it was something like "50 Pt. Head." There are a lot of possibilities, but generally when you're poring over stuff looking for small mistakes, you are more susceptible to missing stuff that is incredibly obvious to people who just pick up the paper. There should be someone who looks over an early copy for obvious stuff like that and then gives the OK to let the printing go, but even that person is there late at night and in a rush to get home (or to a bar) and doesn't find anything 95% of the time. The challenge is to keep System 2 engaged.

they didn't have this in Korea or the Aircraft carrier.

I would have killed for one of these

I've been hunting for a pair of the tiger Fly version for a while now that are actually in playwithable shape

Something comes up every time I find them and cock blocks me.

Some did. I know a buncha rich kids that trashed toys I woulda killed for. Like the space station and air craft carrier.

I member going air conditioning as a kid since our house didn't have any on real hot nights and if you kept it together there was a good chance of getting a vehicle or a handful of Joe's.
