I've seen them twice. Best was when it saw them at the culture room in fort lauderdale. Never bought any memorabilia though
I've seen them 10 times I think. I was a bit of a concert junkie in my teens and 20's.

You should probably go get a waffle iron. I'm pretty sure @Sara will allow it.
I prefer pancakes so will probably look into that.

I only want to go to Sydney to roll with Elvis Sinosic
I want to go back to see it as an adult. I was there like 20 years ago when I was 11-12.

I've done the same in the past. But I really needed all those records and meals out. :D

You do any intermittent fasting?
Never planned intermittent fasting. I have done the "I'm too tired to make food fuck it" sorta fasting.

A girl I was living with, just a roommate, was a huge fan and that's only why I went. I was never a huge fan of them. I didn't dislike them, they just weren't a must listen to for me

I saw em cuz they were playing with the mephiskapheles who I loved. Gwar is a fun band but I'm not a super fan either.

Sadam a gogo and meat sandwich are both fun songs though

@Gandhi are there ways for the CFOs of GME, ACM and BB to leverage this jump in stock price to benefit their companies?

I think if they have authorized but unissued stock they could sell it for cash now and utilize it. But anything beyond that? Is that even true?

Send to me your fave 3 alkaline trio songs

I've never liked them and maybe I just heard the wrong songs

Yea I've seen that movie once or twice. It's terrible a nazi anthem is such a catchy song. I legit can't even remember the plot details but I'm positive someone gets hit with numchucks
I think it was @Cubo de Sangre who said it. Ian was a terrible human being, but he knew how to write a catchy song.

And yes to nunchucks, they were fighting the local Asians.

Maybe it could be of benefit.

Here's one method. I try to do a 4-8 hour window of eating. Except it's late time restricted to accommodate drinking in the evening.

Early Time-Restricted Feeding Diet (eTRF)
Another type of intermittent fasting diet that has been studied in people with diabetes is called the “early time-restricted feeding (eTRF)” diet. Following this fasting meal plan means that a person will fit all their meals into a specific period of time each day.

The eTRF diet plan may be an 8-hour, 10-hour, or even a 6-hour plan. On the 8-hour plan, if a person begins eating at 7:00 a.m., the last meal or snack for the day would be at 3:00 p.m. An example of the 12-hour early time-restricted feeding plan would be when a person eats the first meal of the day at 7:00 a.m. and the last meal or snack would be planned for no later than 7:00 p.m.

How the eRFD Diet Works

The eTRF diet is thought to align with a person’s circadian rhythm in metabolism, thus, improving weight loss. Circadian rhythm refers to the body’s biological clock that controls many mechanisms, including cellular metabolism.9

Changing the eating pattern to a period earlier in the day—thereby extending the overnight fast—was found to greatly benefit metabolism, but why? According to a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, fasting triggers a few important cellular functions, such as lowering blood sugar and improving metabolism.5

Benefits of the eTRF

Benefits thought to be derived from the eTRF diet include:
  • Decreasing appetite
  • Facilitating weight loss
  • Increasing fat loss via oxidation (burning of fat) 10
  • Lowering blood pressure

Study on the eTRF Diet for Diabetes
In a 2018 study, the 8-hour early time-restricted feeding diet was compared with the 12-hour diet. The study discovered that the 8-hour group had dramatically lower insulin levels; both groups (the 8- and 12-hour group) maintained their weight (neither losing or gaining weight) and achieved significantly lower insulin levels, as well as lower blood pressure.

When we wear our badges it makes us feel proud
Skinhead skinhead shout it out loud
lol i was gonna go with liam neeson, he loves a good wog-bashing...but then decided to keep it ozzy themed for our roops @Ruprecht , though i haven't actually seen romper stomper

this here is perfect, scouse skinhead drops "wog" in the first few seconds of his story, though this is set in the 80s i've heard it dropped around here when dealing with rats from the north end of my city

This is sort of the game in Russia. Everything's so fucking stupid - by design - that you're not sure what to believe. Is Navalny real opposition, or is he the opposition that's allowed to exist under very specific conditions?

Like...would you fuckin go back? Navalny was going on about how there's ''nothing to fear'' in Russia when he was getting off the plane. It's like...''...you sure about that? How sure?'' Why is he even allowed back? Putin could have revoked the flight credentials of the plane. Maybe Putin is allowing him back to put on a ridiculous show trial and have ostankino run 24/7 pizzagate tier propaganda against Navalny?

Oh for sure they are trying something with him, it is just that even if he ends up dead in a ditch, he is winning the "propaganda war", as @Trotsky put it.

The reason why he was allowed back? Actually they demanded he'd return. And from Navalny's perspective, it makes complete sense in my opinion. He cannot hide forever in Germany. He's safest in the public eye, and what is happening right now is a major embarrassment for Putin. Did you see all videos I linked? That's life insurance stuff. I believe they have even more.

Obviously whenever you have intelligence services involved and Bellingcat, it is hard to tell what the truth is. The third death in that article I quoted was actually someone believed to be an opposition figure with the Kremlin's approval - and then he got killed.

Still, I don't think some elaborate 4D chess is going on. Sure, they will frame Navalny with something and he will go to jail for a while.
