Is normal. Seems like most addicts go hard with tobacco and/or food when they start getting sober. Was a problem for my brother. He would get obese when he would sober up then go back to using again so he could lose the weight.

I went from a 160ish lb junkie to a 300 lb drunk on Suboxone and Zoloft to a healthy 185ish totally sober all over the course of a few years.

I've been on that cycle a few times. And each time ya kick you get bigger and bigger.

Body and drug issues are hell on the mind.
