He is pretty great coming considering he was a former champ in a lower weight class and is now taking on the toughest guys in the WW division. Something to be said about that.

I don't think he is clean and it's a matter of time before he is caught, but if he finishes his career as a clean fighter with belts in 2 divisions then yes he will be one of the all time greats.
