I was watching some videos of guys who used to be Vegan and claimed a meat only diet healed them, they said their libido increased, their skin, their muscle gains and fat loss were significant, only downside was severe constipation from rock hard stools not being able to pass, very bad BO and super oily skin and scalp and more body hair and high cholesterol.

I saw this article on Yahoo

What to know about the trendy, meat-only 'carnivory' diet

While the meat-only dieting trend known as "carnivory" has exploded in popularity, some doctors warn that there are potential long-term health risks to eating only meat every day.

Proponents of the "carnivory" lifestyle, such as Travis Statham of New York, tout benefits of the diet such as weight loss and muscle gain.

Followers of the movement solely consume meat -- no fruit, no vegetables, no carbs.

Their argument is loosely based on the idea that cavemen ate only meat as part of their diet.
Statham told "Good Morning America" that he even consumes meat raw.

"The hard part is raw takes a little more chewing," he said.

Statham says eating solely meat helped him to eliminate cravings, shed pounds and build muscle.

Celebrity doctor Dr. Drew Pinsky told "GMA" that he tried the diet out himself for three weeks, and said that he felt it helped improve his energy levels.

"Within four to five days I felt so much better," Pinsky said. "I lost a ton of weight, my strength went up, my sleep went down, my energy went up."

Statham said that his girlfriend, Stephanie, also tried out the diet and now swears by it.

"I lost 30 pounds without exercising over the course of a summer," she told "GMA." "Every day, I felt great."

Stephanie added that she also felt "there was no afternoon burnout."

While Statham said he usually starts his day with coffee, the rest of his diet consists almost entirely of meat.

When ABC News' Zachary Kiesch met up with him for lunch, he scarfed down four burger patties topped with some cheese and bacon.

"This is how I live my life," Statham said of his order. "This will probably last me until tonight."

For dinner that night, Statham said he had a pork chop.

Passionate about his meat-only lifestyle, Statham also runs a Facebook group for fellow "carnivory" dieters where they can share their stories, recipes and tips amoung each other.

"I think everyone should be willing to experiment," Statham said of his diet.

Potential risks of the 'carnivory' diet
ABC News' chief medical correspondent Dr. Jennifer Ashton warned that eliminating everything except meat from your diet, however, can carry certain risks.

For starters, Ashton said that the long-term effects of this diet could be harmful for a person's kidneys. Kidneys filter waste, but when too much protein in the body, they can't function properly.

In addition, Ashton expressed concern that people won't receive vital micronutrients, including certain fats and carbohydrates, by only eating meat.

The idea that cavemen only ate meat is also false, according to Ashton, who cited a recent Scientific American article that claimed the earliest humans also ate berries, tropical plants, carbohydrate-rich sugary melons and starchy roots.

Ashton said she would recommend a vastly different diet -- one that consists of a fish, such as salmon, vegetables, such as broccoli and spinach, carbohydrates, such as strawberries, and fats such as feta cheese.

Dunno about 'all meat' but there are a few people from my workplace that lost a LOT of weight from the ketogenic diet. Different age groups too.

Jesus the mental gymnastics people with the eating habits of a child will go through to justify their silliness.

There isn't a 'One Diet That Everyone On The Planet Can Follow And Be 100% Healthy,' its a myth.

We're all individuals, and different diets effect us all differently.

So could the carnivore diet work perfectly fine for you? Maybe. Give it a shot if it appeals to you.

Could a vegan diet work perfectly for you? Maybe. Give it a shot if it appeals to you.

Everyone needs to experiment with their own biology to discover what works for you.

I love my carbs. I'm a runner, so yeah I can eat a crapload of them and still be lean.

Stop spamming the forum with your stupid diet threads. You haven't actually tried any of these diets you keep bringing up. You're completely full of shit.

I do this whenever we have a boys weekend.

Meat, haloumi and Fetta.

Although I am not sure I can blame the diet for not feeling great the week after.

Because we have so many important discussions going on in here?

I demand he try at least one of the bullshit diets he keeps posting about. Its only fair. Dude will make a thread about some hipster diet and talk about trying it, then a week later he has nothing to say. At least try your own recommendations or GTFO.

@TidWell , buddy, try starting threads at the diet/suoolemet discussions. Goodluck.

I was actually planning on trying it out really soon, yes.

I'm already as lean as humanly possible naturally. Like sub 7% bodyfat. Veins literally everywhere, even my abs

I'm interested in trying it just for science. See if it helps inflammation, focus, mental health etc

I'm carb loading for a few days(getting rid of all my junk food) and then I'm going to commit to a zero carb diet for at least 2 weeks. Literally zero carbs. Nothing but protein and fat.

Will report in with results. I think it should be interesting as like I said I genuinely have zero fat to lose

This guy eats raw meat and organs, raw milk, raw milk cheese, raw milk butter.

Yeah, I am not going to do this shit. Even vegan sounds more tasty.

I don’t think everyone’s genetically equipped to do this, but it may work for some people.

Maybe he's just interested in fad diets in general, and trying to find out if any of them potentially have merit? I dunno it's not like they're especially bad threads. I'll take them over people posting WR racebait threads, or threads about serial killers.

I'm on this diet! I only eat meat. And by "meat," I mean cock.

I hope all these dudes are taking their vitamins or you're gonna end up with scurvy or some shit
