Imo, unless you do massive damage through ground and pound on top of keeping it there the whole round, there are ZERO chance to get a 10-8 on the ground.

You either get the sub, or you get shit.

Plus, I can't see how you could give a 10-8 to a fighter that got warned multiple times for being inactive.
