I have a buddy who bought 3 of those tomahawk steaks, the kind that tip Fred Flonstones car over.

He over cooked them, they were just completely charred black after a 2 hr wait for dinner.

On principle it seems odd. If that is any sort of quality meat it seems disrespectful to fuck up the natural flavor of the meat with peanut butter, but what the fuck do I know? If you like that and you think it tastes good then enjoy.

Peanut butter as a flavor is a pretty dominant flavor profile, which is why it is the go to flavor to MASK undesirable flavors like chalky protein powders, etc, that to me seems like you would wind up tasting Mostly peanut butter, and I would think it would overpower the steak.

Sure I'd eat the steak. I wouldn't eat the peanut butter though. I'd scrape it off the steak as best I could, then eat the steak. And I'd be pissed off at the cook for wasting perfectly good peanut butter.

I had a bischoff burger once as it was the most normal burger on the menu. It was one of the tastiest burgers i've had.
