No paper plate or plastic cutlery. I know, I know.
Used the dishwasher hack didn't ya?

not gonna lie that looks like a horrendous cook job, but if a friend offered it to me at a bbq id still eat it

5 minutes, it was at 44C internal temp

Pic was taken in night mode, it was close to sunset when I made this, makes it look dreary and stuff. I should have turned the light on.

If I fix up the pic a bit, this is closer to what it looked like IRL:

Nah man it was juicy and delicious

You fucker...

It's human flesh
Well rump is supposedly the tastiest so...

Yup , quite happily. Mind you I used to have vegetarians refuse to sit alongside me at dinner when they saw how I ordered steak saying it made them feel ill.

Good, fuck em
Yeah I grew up not eating lamb or duck because they were too sweet but when my mum went full veggie she didn't take offence at all with whatever I ate apart from Eamon cooking live lobster.

Thank you!
<WellThere>
It’s also the cooking style. Countries like UK don’t eat steak like us. They don’t like the crust that we like. I am assuming OZ might somewhere in the middle.

I remember posting pictures on social media and uk folks were making fun of my steak crust

How long did you live in the UK and where?

The outside looks stupid but I'd dunk it in salt and eat it with one chew

My relatives still live there. I remember they ordered steak medium and it's always filet. They think I am touched in the head when I tell them I use a bernzomatic to sear steak. I post pictures on social media and the comments are like it's burnt. I am sure trends change but I don't think it's exclusive to my family.

Personally I am really picky about steak. I like a deep sear and exactly medium rare. I don't like Florentine style steak. It's too rare for me even though they get the outside to my liking. Don't get me wrong. I will eat well done steak but it's usually my fault because I left the meat in the fridge for a little too long.

Apart from old people, I literally know no one in the UK who aren't as au fait about steak as in the US. You need a bit of a slap for overcooking though, haha.

If you cooked it first maybe, never been a fan of raw meat

I would cook it a bit more, it´s to red. And than I´d inhale it in like 3.5 minutes.
