Not for an extended period of time. Fruits lack protein, certain nutrients, fats, and omega-3 fatty acids.
For a day or two there’s no tangible issues for me.

Gotta disagree here. The garlic clove should be crushed, and the pic in OP is pretty accurate. Minced? Ooof
