Would YOU eat this steak? part 25

I'd eat it but way too much seasoning for my taste. Doesn't need butter or whatever that crap is on it. Steak is great on its own.

Yes and no.

If you eat a lot of beef or steak there is nothing wrong with using different seasonings or classic sauces on it.

That picture is overkill. You don't need that greasy shit. And if you do you got a bad cut of meat.

Ive tried that and it doesn't work too well. The temperature varies significantly depending on where you poke it. Ive tried poking it in the center, the thickest part, but if you poke it again just a few centimeters away, still in the thickest section, you get a totally different reading.
Agree, cooking by touch is the best way to go. Unless you are doing a brisket or something

I was last at cantine at work and so got lucky with double meat. They throw some of the leftovers away. Elk. Now I know what Joe Rogans meat tastes like. That sounded Diddy.

This is new york strip steak with salt, pepper butter and brocolli on the side

It's a little bit more done than how I currently cook it. I left it bathed in butter for a tad bit longer
