That product will be discontinued soon enough. Especially when you can by the identical great value product that is not only way cheaper, but also includes the fucking bags to SHAKE the coating.

You don't have great value in canuck land?
We do but only in Walmarts I think. I was just looking into it and the products are produced in Canada I think mostly in Ontario but Walmart is American owned so it gets a bit Dicey as to whether or not I want to purchase it. Trying to buy only Canadian but is it though? I might have to pay some tariffs on that shite.

I did get it I just can't remember the exact cost probably like $7.50 seems about right. I'm just saying everything here is more expensive than there. So whatever it costs there you can be sure to add two or three dollars to it here.

Thats insane to pay for a packet of toasted bread crumbs.

It's super easy to use flour, maybe some bread crumbs or panko. Lots of garlic powder, onion powder. Paprika. Salt pepper . Toss a few packets of sazon. Some chili powder . I like using buttermilk and eggs. Double coating. I like to cook though

I just checked the online prices at my local Wally World

Shake and Bake is $4 CAD which is a bit under $3 USD.
Great Value is $3 CAD or about $2.20 USD.

Looks like there's money to be made by trafficking Shake & Bake mix from Canada to the US. I should run some numbers on my spreadsheets to see if this is a business I want to get into...

A quick search online and you'll find copycat Shake N Bake recipes. It's just common seasonings you likely already have in the cupboard.
One of my favorite school lunches was Shake N bake chicken, right after mexican pizza. Somehow it's not the same anymore.

It looks fucking good. I try to stay away from fried food. I use breading, but with the air fryer. It's nowhere near as good, but it's still pretty good. My alcohol intake fucked up my liver and I need to be choosy (it's a nice way to say I'm a raging alcoholic).

I ordered this yesterday:

Have you tried it? I've only been cooking for a few years. I usually use bread crumbs or panko. I found recently we had so many options. Let me know what you think.

That's what you want for fried catfish.
