Would you eat this Continental Breakfast?

In the most basic Airport lounges this would be the Continental Breakfast i would see.

I feel like you can't tell if that is good or not by the picture. If the pastries are 100% high fructose corn syrup, two days old, and nasty, they'd look about the same as fresh, delicious ones. And the juice could be fresh squeezed or 100% acid. Who knows! I've had both.
 
That must be bottom of the barrel, I don't go to fancy hotels but I've never seen a "Continental breakfast" that looked like that. They will at least usually give you that fake egg mixture and your fill of pastries.
