I guess everyone likes their cheesesteak different. I prefer mine chopped fine, some people like the meat rough chopped. I agree with being overly salty, which is why i make a cheese sauce with a blend of white american and montery jack so its mild and not as sharp or salty. I don't salt the meat at all. And i don't use a ton of cheese ( i like to taste the meat and roll ) which seems to bother some posters, oh well.Of course I'd eat it, but the meat to bread ratio is off for me. I prefer more bread and less meat, especially if it's as salty as cheesesteak meat usually is. I'd add a bunch of onions - sauteed AND raw. Mayo and maybe a little bit of sweet relish. But, yeah, I'd eat them shits. Oh, and some cheese on top. Swiss or cheddar.
Where is the rice though?I upgraded to paper plate, plastic fork, homemade sesame seed roll, and cherry peppers.
