Would you eat this 1/4 pound hot dog? (Chicago Dog)

Prefer them smoked on wood fire. All beef, hold the pickle and onions. Toasted whole grain bun.

I mean.. there is a paper plate so.. there’s a chance

LOL. You're slippin', bro. Chicago hot dogs are fucking retarded. It's like two drunks were trying to outdo each other at what kind of dumb shit to put on a dog.

"Yeah, lets put some peppers on it."
"And, and some pickles. Oh. Oh. How about tomatoes?"
"Fucking brilliant. Pickles spears."
"Neon relish."
"Celery salt."
"What the fuck is that?"
"Who cares, I have some in the back of my spice cabinet that I haven't ever used."
I am not a Chicagoan, but im sure some will comment on your post, lol.

No doubt, sometimes i can't decide if i want to add a claussen or Grillo's pickle spear, or Sauerkraut to my hot dogs.

We don't have poppy seed hot dog buns large enough to hold a 1/4 pound Nathans Colossal hot dog. But this is my take on a Chicago Dog. Everything is self explanatory, but i added salt and celery seed on the tomatoes. And fuck that celery salt bullshit. I want to see and taste whole celery seeds. And i like to control the amount of salt i add. Theres already enough salt in the hot dogs.

Yes I would.

I would, only if I don't have to visit Chicago to buy that.

normally im in on all your foods, but this is a pass from me not a dog fan.

I grew up on the border and most places, besides burger joints, were Mexican restaurants.

A Chicago dog restaurant opened up out of nowhere one day. I’d never had one before.

It didn’t last long, but I fucking loved that place. I wish I knew what kind of dogs they used.

Your hot dog looks delicious.

I'm in NY too and never heard of them. Are you in NYC?
Yes

I've been to Oh K dog a few times

There's a donut shop near there in LES that makes them too

Relish is disgusting and I'd have to scrape it, but otherwise, absolutely
