A few things bug me about that.

1. TS said she was caught on cam asking the paramedics name. But it wasn't like that. Imo she was asking his name to remember who told her what when she has to recount what happened later. The guy had a mask on and she wanted to know who she was talking to. Lol ffs

2. Why wouldn't the 1st cop just take her report? I heard the bit of her history as he was telling it, but we don't know if that's true or if cop is covering for a buddy. That happens sometimes. I could be way off but that seems shady af to me.

3. Why did they say they were going to search her address since she was under arrest at the police station? State laws are different but I've never heard of searching someone's house because they shoved a cop. Seems weird.

Could it be that the 1st cop (the one who refused to take her report and pissed her off in the first place) wanted to search her house and clear any potential evidence she might have that could prove her story? I think it's possible.

Here is the backstory according to her. The cops are being weird in this case. She had additional proof from the phone company saying the dude was harassing her back. Why didn't they take her statement or report?

It took the cops forever to get her handcuffed.

It's a lot more difficult to do when you have to make sure the perp doesn't hurt themselves, and sue the department. It's not like it once was where the cops would just kick the person in the head for resisting and then toss them down the stairs handcuffed.
