This. I've been to the UK, and several other countries (I was going to say a lot, but a past sherdog survey showed me my 20 or so pales in comparison), there are attractive looking women everywhere. This seems like a variation on the pointy-elbows theme.
The corollary to that is that there are unattractive women everywhere as well. Proportions vary by location.
