Having said that I think chaels gets murdered by most of todays middleweights. picture the horrifying outcome of chael vs romero? Here's Rampage weighing in at a flabby 253 lbs for the Sonnen fight a few months ago. Rampage has literally stopped caring and it's crazy. The fight was hilarious. Rampage at even 20% of his younger self would have knocked Sonnen out.



Note: I like Sonnen. He's done well for himself by putting in the work and (for the most part) showing up and fighting hard. He does not duck guys, and that is a fact. In this wake of ducks like Bisping and the ultimate duck, Conor, you gotta appreciate that.

But it's crazy to list Shogun, Wandy, and Rampage as "Pride's best 205ers" on Sonnen's resume given WHEN Sonnen beat them.

I should have said high quality, those are decent wins but not exactly the cream of the crop. He just seems to always fall short against top guys, I'm probably criticizing just because I've been disappointed so many times.
