Izzy wouldn't even be top 20 in the LHW. I think that some top WW like Khabib, Khamzat or Nate could beat him too.

how convenient to have that built-in excuse. face it. that fight was supposed to be izzy’s coronation. izzy thought he was gonna steamroll jan, who is one of the most underappreciated fighters on the roster. instead he got outstruck and outmaneuvered by a superior fighter.

Usman said he wasn't interested in the fight but with his improved striking and high level wrestling he seems tailor made to beat izzy.

Considering both are looking like the new gsp and Silva, it's interesting to see if this ever gets more heat.
