Would it be weird to drive a mobility scooter while not disabled?

I was looking at non car options for getting around. These mobility scooters are pretty sweet.

I didn't realize they could get up to 30km/h.

I could zip around town and get groceries no problem.

But would it be weird? I'm not disabled, yet the design and basket are appealing to me.
It's like a little go cart!
