Would a GTS be a legal shot ?

Say a CM Punk or whoever got another fighter in the air ....... in some form of a shoulder carry .. would it be legal to drop them right into a kick to head or knee to head? Technically they arent on the ground?

U would have to have ur opponent rocked and be strong enough to dead lift him on your shoulders . AND he,would have to be rocked enough so he didn't immediately slide off. Then have great aim with ur knee or foot to dome.

Lots of moving parts but if fighter is strong and gets his opponet out on their feet and ref doesn't stop it yet ........ could occur.
