Maybe, but probably not. Nowadays you can just still frame a video and take the absolute best picture out of it. I Wonder how many of these pictures are actually pictures and how many of them where cropped out of a video.

im pretty sure "proper" photographers use that feature where it takes a whole bunch of pics milliseconds apart, but yeah, cameras are pretty fancy now. even video still frames look sick nowadays
