You can tell from the way it rolls around. Like a ball. An eyeball is more spongy and soft and it has big nerves attached to it. Even if it popped out of the socket it would still hang on to the nerves.

Since the eye was glass, not sure how much that actually hurt. The leg snaps and arm cracks are pretty bad but I would put Mitrione's eye poke on the list as that was terrible.

If you ever see someone get kicked in the left side of their head and their right eye pops out.....avoid the guy doing the kicking.

It popped out because of glass, not because of OMGWTFIBALL.

I would say the Anderson leg break was probably one of the worst, but don't forget:

I remember watching a UFC fight where a guy got injured during a takedown. No one really realised until he got up, then the ref (Herb, I think?) stopped the fight. At first, no one quite knew why, then when the fighter was sitting on the stool, the doctor shifted his leg and the whole bottom half of his leg seemed to move completely independently of the top half. A really, really bad dislocation. I remember being thoroughly grossed out by it... But it's a vague memory and it may not have been as bad as I remember.

Failing that, Mir snapping Nog's arm was bad, bad, bad. So bad. I remember when they were rolling and Mir finally secured the position, I suddenly realised that Nog wasn't going to tap, and that Mir is not the kind of guy who has many fucks to give, so we were about to see a broken bone... Honestly makes me a little queasy just thinking about it.

Since it is a glass eye, it isn't really that crazy, BUT, if the opponent had no idea that he had a glass eye, it was probably the most terrifying point of his in cage career lol. Imagine seeing that and thinking you literally blinded a guy haha.
